螺桿式冷水機
一、制冷能力
它是螺桿式冷水機一個很重要的技術(shù)參數(shù),其可以關(guān)系到整臺機組的工作效率。制冷能力主要表現(xiàn)在制冷量,也就是在一定工況下,冷水機組單位時間內(nèi)從被冷卻物體吸取的熱量,單位為kw/h,我們也會經(jīng)常使用Kcal/h(1kw/h=860Kcal/h)。制冷量是隨著冷水機組類型和規(guī)格的不同來決定,所以用戶想要達到自己的制冷需求,應該根據(jù)實際需求選擇適合自己的冷水機組。
二、輸入功率、耗電量
對于螺桿式冷水機而言,輸入功率是指所有壓縮機軸功率之和,單位為kw。用戶購買的冷水機組型號不同,溫度要求不同,輸入功率會有所變化,具體的輸入功率大家可以參考壓縮機廠家資料(東躍進常用的螺桿壓縮機品牌是臺灣漢鐘、德國比澤爾)。
耗電量則是指機組在設計工況下,單位時間的總用電量,單位為kw。
三、冷凍水、冷卻水流量
這個是指機組在設計工況下,分別通過蒸發(fā)器、冷凝器的水流量,單位為m3/h。從蒸發(fā)器通過的水流量,我們稱之為冷凍水流量;從冷凝器通過的水流量,我們稱之為冷卻水流量。螺桿式冷水機通常是選擇殼管式蒸發(fā)器/冷凝器,對于有特殊要求的機組,也會選擇采用不銹鋼板式蒸發(fā)器(根據(jù)客戶使用行業(yè)來具體選擇)。
四、水壓降、制冷性能系數(shù)等
螺桿式冷水機的主要技術(shù)參數(shù)表現(xiàn)在以上三部分,當然也還有我們比較耳熟的水壓降,或是制冷性能系數(shù)等等。水壓降是指機組在設計工況下,水流經(jīng)蒸發(fā)器、冷凝器的壓力損失,單位為mH2O;制冷性能系數(shù)是指制冷量與輸入功率之比,W/W。

I. refrigerating capacity
It is an important technical parameter of screw chiller, and it can be related to the work efficiency of the whole unit. The refrigeration capacity mainly in refrigeration, which is under certain conditions, the chiller unit time from the object to be cooled absorbs heat, the unit kw/h, we will often use Kcal/h (1kw/h=860Kcal/h). The refrigerating capacity is decided by the type and the specification of the chiller. Therefore, if the user wants to meet his own refrigerating demand, he should choose the chiller according to the actual demand.
Two 、 input power and power consumption
For a screw chiller, the input power is the sum of the power of all the compressor shafts, kw. Users buy different type water chillers, temperature requirements are different, the input power will change, we can refer to the specific input power of the compressor manufacturers data (East Yuejin common screw compressor brand is Taiwan Hanbell, Germany Bitzer).
Power consumption refers to the total power consumption per unit time of unit under design conditions, and the unit is kw.
Three. Chilled water and cooling water flow
This refers to the unit in the design conditions, respectively, through the evaporator, condenser water flow, the unit is m3/h. The water flow through the evaporator, which we call the chilled water flow, is the flow of water through the condenser, which we call cooling water flow. Screw chillers usually choose shell tube evaporators / condensers, and stainless steel plate evaporators are chosen for special requirements.
Four, water pressure drop, coefficient of performance of refrigeration, etc.
The main technical parameters of screw chiller performance in the above three parts, of course, also we compare the familiar pressure drop, or coefficient of performance etc.. Hydraulic pressure drop refers to the pressure loss of the flow through the evaporator and condenser under the design condition. The unit is mH2O; the coefficient of performance is the ratio of the refrigerating capacity to the input power, W/W.
