工業冷凍機是一款可以提供工藝低溫冷凍水的制冷設備，溫度不僅可控制在0～35℃，更可以控制在零下40℃，從而達到工業制冷的目的。下面機械就為您介紹如何正       確使用工業冷凍機。

    1、來操作這臺工業冷凍機的操作人員，一定要有工作經驗，并經過相關培訓，掌握操作技能，能夠遵守安全操作規程來進行工作。

   2、在操作冷凍機之前，要先檢查冷卻水閥是否打開，冷凍機的水箱是否有加滿水，冷卻水壓是否正常，切忌在缺水時進行操作。

   3、水冷式冷凍機的開啟順序是：先開冷卻水泵，再開啟壓縮機；而關機順序則是先關閉壓縮機，然后關閉冷卻水泵。

   4、工業冷凍機的冷凍水溫度不可設置太低，否則會降低機組的制冷效率，并有可能導致機組出現低溫保護動作而停機。您將溫度設定在工廠需求溫度稍低即可，必要時可以一邊操作一邊調試，根據實際需要來調設水溫。

   5、當工業冷凍機出現故障報警導致停機后，一定要先將機組停機（按停機按鈕），然后檢查故障原因，在故障沒有排除前不得強行開機運行。故障問題嚴重時，請記得聯系工業冷凍機廠家來進行維修處理。

  6、在沒有緊急的情況下，不可通過切斷主機電源來關閉機組。如果在運行時工業冷凍機發生異常情況，應立即關閉電源并通知維修人員處理。

 7、如果在冬季不需要使用工業冷凍機，機組要長期停止運行，請先關閉機組，再關閉電源。記得一定要將系統內部的水排放干凈，并用布罩將冷凍機遮蓋起來。

You set the temperature in the factory demand temperature is slightly lower, if necessary, you can operate while debugging, according to actual needs to adjust the water temperature.

5, when the industrial refrigerator malfunction alarm, resulting in downtime, we must first stop the machine (press the stop button), and then check the cause of the failure, the failure is not ruled out, not forced to start running. When the trouble is serious, please remember to contact the industrial refrigerator manufacturer for maintenance.

6, in the absence of emergency circumstances, not by cutting off the main power supply to shut down the unit. If there is an abnormal situation in the industrial chiller at the time of operation, the power shall be switched off immediately and notify the maintenance personnel to deal with it.

7, if you do not need to use industrial refrigerators in winter, the unit will stop running for a long time, please turn off the power unit first, then turn off the power supply. Remember to clean the water inside the system and cover the freezer with a cloth cover.
